Hannibal Regional Healthcare center Hannibal Regional Healthcare center Hannibal, MO Hannibal, MO Full-time Full-time Up to $110,000 a year Up to $110,000 a year Assistant DIRECTOR OF NURSING Hannibal, MO Levering Regional Health Care Center, LLC a 208 bed skilled long-term care facility located in Hannibal, MO, is currently seeking a RN- Assistant Director of Nursing who is energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to take charge of re-energizing the nursing portion of the facility.
The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, experienced working with high acuity residents, and enjoys working with those afflicted with mental illness.
Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri RN license, previous DON experience or significant ADON experience, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management.
Experience working with Behavior Management residents strongly preferred.
