The ideal candidate will lead and direct a team of Maintenance Assistant with the day-to-day maintenance services of the facility.
Reporting to the facility Administrator but will receive guidance from the Regional Maintenance Director.
This position generally works from 8 am - 4:
30 p.
m.
Mon-Fri.
, however, availability on some evenings/nights or weekends will be required.
Duties Include (but are not limited to) HVAC Knowledge or certification Heating and air-conditioning experience Electric wiring and repairs experience Ability to diagnosis plumbing problems and repair them Responsibility for conducting monthly and annual equipment testing Monthly reports requirements Supply ordering using Procurement Partner (training will be provided) This hands-on position also requires organization skills and exceptional communication abilities.
Nursing home experience preferred but not required.
