Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Overall responsibility to ensure Quality Management System is meeting both internal and external client expectations.
-Prime responsibility to develop and maintain an ISO 9000 2K Quality Operating system.
-Responsible for the prompt resolution of all customer quality concerns to include, but not limited to, a review of all manufacturing records, sample testing, corrective actions within the plant, credit approval or disapproval, and a properly documented customer response complete with "Root Cause" identification and corrective actions (8D). Inform/remind all personnel of new or recurring quality concerns.
-Responsible to ensure that company is performing statistically verifiable corrosion testing. Ensure that adequate daily product coupons are being taken for testing, which is best accomplished through a collaborative effort with the Operations Manager.
-Responsible to ensure that company is performing weekly plating bath chemistry checks on each plating line, and help interpret the results so that actions can be taken quickly when needed.
- In a collaborative effort with Management, help identify QA function opportunities for improvement, as well as potential process and yield improvement opportunities as identified by the project sponsor(s) and the Management Team.
-Actively participate, including the possibility of leading and facilitating, Improvement Teams to successfully execute process and yield improvement opportunities, using "low level" problem-solving skills and/or "high level" six sigma problem-solving techniques as warranted.
-Define the specific duties and responsibilities for each position under you to help ensure successful operations of your various departments.
-Ensure all department personnel follow established Hazardous Material Handling, Storage and Disposal directives; Training as required.
-Ensure that department personnel promptly and accurately report all environmental concerns to the plant's EHS Coordinater, VP of Operations, and Operations Manager.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
-Four (4) year degree in the Engineering or Business disciplines
-At least five (5) years of experience in the quality Management field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
