Job Details:
Serves as an advocate for patients and team members, assisting them to reach optimal function and health in an appropriate environment that supports their needs.
-Graduate of approved School of Nursing required
-ADN or Diploma in Nursing with 7 years hospital/healthcare experience, or BSN with 5 years hospital/healthcare experience, or MSN required
-Current licensure in State of MO as a Registered Nurse or licensure eligibility required
-Previous experience in/knowledge of population health, chronic disease management, and/or accountable care preferred
--BLS validation
-Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Requirements
-Familiar with Basic Nursing Performance Standards as outlined in the MO Nurse Practice ActEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
